Modern Relay builds a shared foundation for enterprise AI — a context graph that lets organizations coordinate work across people, software and AI agents while governing how knowledge and operations evolve.

Its first open-source product, Omnigraph, is a Git-style, lakehouse graph database for context assembly and multi-agent coordination, running entirely on infrastructure the customer owns.
